Hey there. This is a remake to a previous question, I didn't get enough information to help me.
Basically what happened is, i got a message from windows defender saying no antivirus protection program was running on my computer, when it should be, since my laptop came with one as part of a package. But just to be sure, i downloaded a free avira antivir premium trial, which when done, said it found threavira antivir premium downloade problems. 2 of these were something like eexplorer.exe and wininit.exe. It said it will move them to quaranteen (sorry for spelling fails), so I clicked ok. then all my desktop icons, task bar ect. vanished. Even after i restart my laptop, the same thing stays. the only way i can run a program like mozilla is opening task manager and going to file, start new task. can someone tell me how to get everything avira antivir premium downloadback? in good detail? Please?!
go to boot up your lappy when the windows screen first appears press the power button to turn it off
then turn back on-you should get a screen asking how you want to boot-click safe mode in this you should get everything up.open avira go to quarentine and click on eexplorer.exe and reinstall
this should then fix it
turn off lappy usual way then turn back on as normal
